Scheduling & Response Times

Response and arrival windows, including any same-day or 60–90 minute targets, are goals and depend on demand, weather, distance and road conditions. We will keep you informed of your expected arrival window.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and parts are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will explain the coverage and duration that apply to your specific job in writing.
